Behavioral Support That Builds Safety, Skills & Independence
CORE Methods provides individualized behavioral support, consultation, assessment, and training for schools, educators, students, and families.

A Flexible Approach Built Around the Individual
Founded by Dr. Bethany Bilodeau, CORE Methods provides individualized support built around the needs of each student, team, and environment. Rather than asking an individual to fit into a predetermined program, the CORE approach is flexible, meeting students and the people supporting them within their own environments and adapting support to their unique needs, strengths, and challenges.
CORE Methods looks beyond the behavior itself to consider the factors that may be influencing it, including safety, regulation, sensory needs, communication, environment, and relationships. Through behavioral understanding, collaborative problem-solving, and practical strategies, CORE works alongside students, educators, families, and other members of the support team to create a clear path toward successful integration.
The goal is not simply to manage behavior, but to help each individual develop the skills and supports needed to participate successfully in their environment at the highest level of independence possible.
